New York Film Festival

A series of posters created for the 56th New York Film Festival. The posters take inspiration from the typographic format of film scripts, focusing on the notes and annotations. The image treatment pays homage to the first ever film, “The Horse in Motion” by Eadweard Muybridge and classic black and white movies.
